Invitation to the Annual Meeting in Hiv-Danmark

Hiv-Danmark hereby convenes the Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 14.00 at Kafé Knud, Skindergade 21, 1159 Copenhagen K.

14.00 – 14.50:
Professional presentation by Lars Christian Østergreen, Director of the Aids Foundation.

15.00 – 17.00: The annual meeting takes place.

Agenda for the annual meeting:
1. Election of chairman(s), secretary(s) and vote counters.
2. Approval of voting members.
3. Board of Directors’ report.
4. Approval of audited annual accounts.
5. Determination of membership fees.
6. Proposals received (1 received – see Appendix)
7. Presentation of budget for information.
8. Election of board members.
9. Election of deputy board members.
10. Election of registered/state authorized public accountant.

Proposals for the agenda should be sent to info@hiv-danmark.dk and must be received by the association no later than April 12, 2025.

You can run for board member at the Annual Meeting itself.

Communal dining.
