Hiv-Denmark Annual Meeting April 25, 2026

Hiv-Danmark hereby convenes its annual meeting on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 14.00 at Café Lone, Østergade 9, 4th floor, Aarhus.

14.00-14.45: Professional presentation by consultant Alex Lund Laursen from Skejby Hospital. Alex Lund Laursen talks about new research in Aarhus:
– the eradication of HIV
– the new depot drugs and their use
– and answers questions from the attendees.

15.00-17.30: Preliminary agenda for the annual meeting:

1. Election of chairman, secretary and vote counters
2. Approval of voting members
3. Board of Directors’ report
4. Approval of the audited financial statements
5. Determination of membership fees
6. Suggestions received
7. Presentation of the budget for information
8. Election of board members
9. Election of deputy board members
10. Election of registered/state-authorized public accountant
11. Possibly.

Proposals for the agenda must be received by Hiv-Danmark no later than April 11, 2026 and can be sent to: info@hiv-danmark.dk

You can run for board member at the annual meeting itself. But you can also express your interest now by writing to: info@hiv-danmark.dk

As Hiv-Danmark is in particular need of new board members this year, the association is paying for transportation (in the cheapest way) to the annual meeting in Aarhus for candidates who are running for the board and are ready to make an effort for the association over the next two years.
