A: The Board recommends that the decision on Michael Rass Hansen’s expulsion at the 2020 annual meeting be repealed so that he can become a member again.

B: Determination of the membership fee for supporting membership.

7. Presentation of the budget for information

8. Election of board members.

Vilhelm Koed Thomsen is not up for election.

Anne Jepsen is not standing for election.

Nina Larsson is willing to be re-elected.

Gertrud Bjørning is willing to be re-elected.

9. Election of deputy board members

10. Election of registered/state-authorized public accountant

You can stand for election as a board member at the annual meeting itself, but you can also express your interest now by writing to info@hiv-danmark.dk or calling mobile 4412 1190 during office hours (Tuesday and Friday 12-15).

As a member of the association, you can cast your vote during a period of 14 days prior to the annual meeting, either by sending an email to info@hiv-danmark.dk or delivering a postal vote in a closed envelope to the secretariat.

If you want to join the communal dinner after the annual meeting, please send an email to info@hiv-danmark.dk or call mobile 4412 1190 no later than April 20 and transfer DKK 160 to mobile number 30243257 (Jens Peder Høeberg)
