DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, September 25\, anthropologist Anders Dahl will give a presentation on HIV at Kafé Knud.\nAnders Dahl has worked with HIV for more than 35 years and in his presentation he will talk about: – Where does HIV come from?\n– Why are so many people living with HIV in Africa?\n– What are the HIV numbers in Denmark and who is infected?\n– When did we know for sure that well-treated HIV is not contagious?\n– Detailed information on how HIV is – and is not – contagious.\nAs usual\, Kafe Knud will serve hot food from 18:00.\nAnders Dahl will be on with his presentation from 19.00-21.00.\nThere will of course also be an opportunity to ask questions.\nFor planning purposes\, please register by writing to: kafeknud@hiv-danmark.dk

SUMMARY:Waleed Zora exhibits at Kafe Knud
DESCRIPTION:Waleed Zora grew up in a small\, poor town in Kuwait.\nHis childhood was tough\, with bullying and lack of fatherly support. \n\nDuring the war in the early 1990s\, the family’s house was destroyed by a bomb and there were dead people everywhere.\n\nWaleed has lived in Denmark since 1993.\nToday he attends the workshop and workplace Maskine Maskine Amager.\nIn addition to painting and drawing\, he also writes poems and short stories.  \n\nFor him\, art is a big part of living a meaningful everyday life.
