DESCRIPTION:Hiv-Danmark hereby convenes its annual meeting on Saturday\, April 25\, 2026 at 14.00 at Café Lone\, Østergade 9\, 4th floor\, Aarhus.\n14.00-14.45: Professional presentation by consultant Alex Lund Laursen from Skejby Hospital. Alex Lund Laursen talks about new research in Aarhus:\n– the eradication of HIV\n– the new depot drugs and their use\n– and answers questions from the attendees. \n15.00-17.30: Preliminary agenda for the annual meeting: \n\nElection of chairman\, secretary and vote counters\nApproval of voting members\nBoard of Directors’ report\nApproval of the audited financial statements\nDetermination of membership fees\nSuggestions received\nPresentation of the budget for information\nElection of board members\nElection of deputy board members\nElection of registered/state-authorized public accountant\nPossibly.\n\nProposals for the agenda must be received by Hiv-Danmark no later than April 11\, 2026 and can be sent to: info@hiv-danmark.dk \nYou can run for board member at the annual meeting itself. But you can also express your interest now by writing to: info@hiv-danmark.dk  \nAs Hiv-Danmark is in particular need of new board members this year\, the association is paying for transportation (in the cheapest way) to the annual meeting in Aarhus for candidates who are running for the board and are ready to make an effort for the association over the next two years.
