Election of chairman(s)\, secretary(s) and vote counters.\n2. Approval of voting members.\n3. Board of Directors’ report.\n4. Approval of audited annual accounts.\n5. Determination of membership fees.\n6. Proposals received (1 received – see Appendix)\n7. Presentation of budget for information.\n8. Election of board members.\n9. Election of deputy board members.\n10. Election of registered/state authorized public accountant.\n11. \nProposals for the agenda should be sent to info@hiv-danmark.dk and must be received by the association no later than April 12\, 2025.  \nYou can run for board member at the Annual Meeting itself.\nYou can also express your interest now by writing to info@hiv-danmark.dk. \n18.00:\nCommunal dining.\nIf you want to join us after the Annual Meeting\,\nplease send an email to info@hiv-danmark no later than 5.4.25.\nThe price is DKK 50\, which should be transferred to Kafé Knud via Mobilepay: 92910 no later than 19.4.25
